Job Introduction
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager who will be able to lead and develop the team in the Restaurant at Tate Modern. The Restaurant offers a seasonal menu with added inspiration from Tate’s artistic programme, whilst overlooking stunning views of London’s skyline.
As the Restaurant General Manager, your mission will be to transform the Restaurant business at Tate Modern. You will build its reputation through fastidious attention to detail, a love of hospitality, while celebrating food and drink in a truly unique world-class cultural environment where creativity, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of the offer. Your commitment to excellence extends beyond the customer experience into commercial performance and profitability.
