An exciting and great opportunity has arisen at Tate to join the People Team as a HR Officer. We are recruiting one full-time position working 5 days per week at our Tate London sites.
Tate Enterprises Limited (TEL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tate through which we operate our highly successful trading activities. TEL shares Tate’s mission to promote public knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of British, modern, and contemporary art. TEL consists of Tate Commerce and Tate Eats.
Tate Commerce is a dynamic, omnichannel trading organisation, seamlessly integrating Publishing, Retail, Merchandise, Brand and Image Licensing, Finance, and Operations. Our mission goes beyond the galleries, aiming to enhance the visitor journey while driving revenue and ensuring visitor satisfaction. We collaborate closely with the wider Trading and Front of House teams to deliver an exceptional experience to every visitor at Tate. Our ideal candidate will have experience gained in an in-house, generalist HR role, preferably in retail or hospitality, with strong administrative skills, a high degree of computer literacy, a meticulous and organised approach to your workload, and a keen eye for detail.
