We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Events Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Tate Modern and Tate Britain!

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the Events Kitchen team working across multifaceted outlets within the Tate estate, delivering bespoke menus for a discerning client base and producing outstanding food for Tate Events.

We want to be the best gallery catering facility in the world, with a strong commitment to quality, service and sustainability in the food and drink we serve. The successful candidate should share this passion and have proven experience in an Events catering/kitchen environment with developing knowledge of and skill with food, in line with Tate Eats' ethos. They will have experience of managing a kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, managing stock and equipment, cost control and minimizing waste and work to the highest hygiene standards with knowledge of COSHH and food safety.
