Tate is looking for an ambitious, creatively driven Head of Marketing to shape how millions of people discover, engage with and return to art. 

 

This is a rare leadership opportunity to build campaigns with genuine cultural weight behind them working alongside world-renowned artists, curators and brand partners to drive audience growth across four landmark galleries and a powerful digital presence. 

 

You'll set the strategic direction for an integrated marketing function, bring sharp commercial instinct across channels, and lead a talented team to deliver bold, innovative work that reaches the broadest audiences at scale, from the UK and beyond.
