We’re looking for a Marketing Officer, CRM to deliver outstanding CRM marketing strategies to grow our membership base, drive ticket bookings, increase revenue and develop lasting engagement with our audiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the CRM & Membership team at one of world’s leading art institutions. Our 140,000+ Members and 300,000+ email subscribers and are incredible advocates for Tate, making up a large proportion of our visitors and providing crucial support for our galleries, helping fund exhibitions, new acquisitions and access to the collection.
The Tate membership team is responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for Tate Members, Tate Collective and email subscribers across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Working across the four galleries and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, we’re responsible for delivering on ambitious targets for retaining current Members, acquiring new Members and maximising revenue and satisfaction and we’re passionate about giving Members the best possible experience of art to build loyalty and deliver lifetime value.
You’ll bring to the role experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, excellent attention to detail, a flair for writing engaging copy and using data and insights creatively to deliver first class marketing communications.
