Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fundraising Operations team.
The Operations and Data team is a critical function within the Development department, supporting data and financial management.
This role will work with the Senior Manager, Operations and Data to ensure the accurate recognition and allocation of income and expenditure into the Development department. You will ensure that all income information is correctly captured and processed to audit requirements and act as the first point of contact for income allocation queries. You will support the monitoring of expenditure including carrying out reconciliation and reporting to support accurate budget management.
You will have proven experience of accurate processing of income data in Raiser’s Edge (or similar database system), and of accurately recording and reconciling financial information using Excel. Your financial and data competency, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills will enable you to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and bring a positive and professional approach to the role.
